To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the watch must be returned in exactly the same condition as when it was delivered: with no signs of use, no alterations (no size adjustments), and with all protective plastic packaging, tags, box, and documentation fully intact.

Can I adjust the bracelet size before shipping, or should I do it locally?

To ensure a perfect fit, we suggest taking it to a local service center to have it adjusted in person; this way, it will be measured on your wrist and will fit better.
